  1. I just got the new build and dvd2svcd and having a problem with the bitrate calculation. I am using the default settings. CD2 is huge and will not fit on a cd. I saw someone else was having the same problem and thought that this new build would fix the problem, but i got the same thing. The DVD was a 1 hour and 48 minutes but cd2 is just over 1gig. Does anyone have any ideas as to how i can fix it? Thank you.

  5. Which TMPGenc method are you using? I use CCE also but you have a couple options for TMPGenc, 2 pass vbr or CQ. What size do you have the bitrate tab set to cut at for 108 minutes? CQ is harder to figure file size than the 2 pass VBR but DVD2SVCD runs test snips of the movie to try and predict bitrate. I don't use the default 800 meg for cutting, I use 795, that gives me a little leeway. You didn't say how big the CD1 image was, but if t was at the 800 mb limit here's what I'd try. Assuming you set it to not delete any files, I'd try resetting the bitrate tab to 3 cds in the 108 minute range at 795 mbs and running crash recovery from muxing and cutting and see what I get. There are also message boards on doom9.org for DVD2SVCD, you might search in there for an answer.

Where can you change the cutting from 800MB to 795MB?
