Hey guys, im reading a guide on how to create a dvd from VOB files then convert them in Rempg2, if it says I should take 4500 "the size of a dvdr 4.7 gigs" and minus the size of my wave file which is 1.04 gigs, how could I convert the 1.04 into a number like the one that was given to me from the dvdr disc, ie "4500" would the 1.04 gigs be 1004? 1400? etc?

1 byte - 8 bits
1 Kbyte - 1024 bytes
1 Mbyte - 1024 Kbytes
1 GigaByte - 1024 Mbytes
1.04 "Gigs" - 1024*1.04 = 1064,96 Mbytes
4500 Mbytes -> 4,395 GByte
Sometimes de HD companies play with this number and sell 40 GB disc when in fact the HD is 40 000 000 bytes that is about 38 Gbytes, I don't know if the same thing is done with the DVD's.
I hope this explanation cleared any of the questions...
