    I was just wondering if there is a real time capture card that will convert DV captures (from digital camera) directly to vcd format (mpeg1)?

    The system is 128MB RAM with Pentium 2 at 266MHZ.

    I saw this one PV231

    Will that work for Pentium 2? Will there be lots of frams dropped?

    Where can I buy this? I live in Canada
