    can anyone tell me what is the best all in1,ripping tool from dvd to vcd or i am better using different tools such as tmpge :lol: help

    The only All-In-One i'm aware of is DVDx, it's encoding quality is not the best but this is your All-In-One solution.

    Personaly I prefer using various programs with each being specialy designed for it's purpose, unless I find an equivalant alternative.

    try dvd2svcd.. it automates the whole process. lets ya use CCE or tmpgenc also which is nice.

    Well, scotuk1, wanted an all-in-one tool for VCD. dvd2svcd only makes SVCDs, well, at least until the next version which also will be able to create VCDs
