    Full title*: Recommended 'default' command line cross-platform download tool, for most sites that youtube-dl do not support?

    For example I wanted to download a video this way (cross-platform, command line tool) from FORA.tv, among other sites.

    OK, my solution does not necessarily have to be command line, but most cross-platform tools start out as command line tools, then add a GUI later, right?

    * The forum does not allow for titles of proper length, in my opinion.
