    When I play my MKV file ripped from a Blu-Ray, the picture is wonderful, however, it is silent.

    I tried to play it with VLC. Mac mini platform OS 10.11.? EXTERNAL PIONEER BLU-RAY DVD DRIVE

    I converted to Mp4 no sound

    I have read so many positive comments that I know I'm doing some thing wrong, BUT?

    Same experience on at least 3 blu-ray attempts to clone.

    What does MediaInfo say about the file? And what did you use to convert it and rip it?
