Hi,
a friend of mine who recorded a concert passed me the files. Unfortunately, the last MTS file is broken.
It doesn't show the duration, and when I try to play I get this:
For some reason it shows the duration as 14:35, even though it should be longer than 25 minutes. It goes instantly to the last bit of the video too. Programs like TSMuxer, Videoredo, Sony Vegas, TSDoctor can't even open the file. It was recorded with DMC TZ-10 Lumix Panasonic digicam, however my friend does not have it anymore (I've heard playing the file on the camera it was recorded on helps).
How do I fix it? And most importantly, is it fixable?
cheers
R

It might have become corrupted when moved off of the camera during the file copy/move process. It's also possible that something went wrong when it was being saved to the camera in the first place.
I don't know of any way to fix that, but your best bet might be try to find another one of those camera's used somewhere, and see if it works when put in the camera. If it doesn't work even after that, I think your out of luck.
