4KVideodownloader: does it record without Youtube dropouts

I saw 4kvideodownloader at Videohelp at top of the queue for transcribing youtube content to a file.

Will 4KVideodownloader record in a continuous manner if the bothersome youtube dropouts (where a throbber is shown spinning) happen during the stream?

Needless to say I have not used this yet nor any programs like it for the 'tube.

i have never used it,
but a 'down loader' should get the file, NOT record a stream, there should be no dropouts with a down loader
now it might take 'ages' to download the file based on size , server load, and your isp speed aka bandwidth
but once done it should be the orignal file at the correct run time length

a stream capture aka recorder is a different thing, it can't capture what isn't coming in
