Newbie help to set up a studio here in Brazil for streaming

I'm new here, obviously, so I wanted to say hi, and already start asking a few questions.

I'm about to set up a studio here in Brazil for streaming some live content.

The end result is going to be something like this:

We'll be game mastering RPGs and playing all sorts of other tabletop games in there.
As such, I've been doing some research on what gear I'll need to make it all work.
Attached is my current gear plan, but as you'll notice, it has no Blackmagic gear in it.
I'm still figuring out this stuff, and taking a quick look here at the camera prices and other things, I'm starting to see Blackmagic may be a better solution especially since it'd be MUCH cheaper.

I have a dire need for this because I'm limited by the amount of $ in gear I can bring back from the US (I'm going over there to buy all this gear).

Hopefully you guys can help me out!
