    We have an iDS UI-3180CP-C-HQ R2 camera.
    What we would like to do is take a video recording for a period of time (30sec) and then go back through that recording and grab a specific image from a specific time and save that image and possibly edit that image.
    Basically I'd like a software package that combines VLC Media Player, uEyeSequence, and u Eye****pit

    Most any media player can take screen captures. You can then load the image into any image software to perform your editing.

    You can do that now with VLC and an image program such as Irfanview.
