Removing stuck (hot) pixels in Premiere pro

Hello all!

I'm having a bit of a problem with stuck pixels in one of my videos and was wondering how to fix them. It's a concert multicam clip so I'm looking for something that at least tries to fix the situation automatically since the changing lights and scenery would require me to had fix about 20 pixels every second, so it's better that I simply just don't use the clips.
