Hi, I'm working on a project and asking your opinion on the best MAC audio editors.
Do not need a DAW editor, but it has to be something substantial. Should have support for VSTi and a good assortment of stock filters.
Want to avoid Adobe products, that is not my choice. Highest I will go on commercial software is $300.
There were several audio editors years ago, and I do remember one that was developed by a Japanese developer but do not remember the name.
There is also Wavosaur, which is OK. Will it run under MAC and Linux the same as it does on Windows?
Thank you!
