I bought a small digital converter from Walmart.com some time ago. At that time they had free shipping to store (pickup in Walmart). However, recently that changed. Now you must pay shipping AND you can no longer return unwanted item to Walmart. You must ship the unwanted item back (at your expense) and hope for refund. I haven't seen anything on the Web about this new policy change.
If anybody has any more info about this change, I'd like to hear about it.

I just bought some shoes from Walmart, (Over $50 US) and they shipped them to my home for free.
And I did have the option of pick up at store.
Similar to Amazon, some items may not come from Walmart, but are shipped directly from other companies.
In that case Walmart may not ship to store or ship free. Or some Walmart stores may have different delivery policies. -
OK, I got it. Walmart.com stopped carrying (just a few days ago) this particular digital converter (Ematic). Still on Walmart website and fullfilled by someone else.
