As the title suggests, I downloaded a stream from Gamelink using RTMPDump. The FLV can't be played, it's damaged. On MPC, it's audio repeats and video freezing, and on VLC, at best the video fuzzes for a split second, but it's distracting. I'm aware of FLV fixing programs, but how could it be done on Windows 10?

It shouldn't need to be "fixed". Most likely, the file isn't being captured/written properly, or the player being used doesn't support the file type.
