I have several avi files stored in a folder under Windows 7 64-bit. I have the "Show thumbnails instead of icons" option enabled to preview the content of the avi files, however with xvid 1.3.4 installed the thumbnails appear corrupted. If I install the previous version of xvid (1.3.3) the thumbnails appear correctly. Does anyone know why? Is this a known issue?

Nope. I don't know why. But you could try use icaros instead of the windows builtin preview.

I think that thumbnails appear corrupted for avi files encoded with xvid 1.3.4. Files encoded with xvid 1.3.3 seem OK.
