  3. an easy way to save flash movies to your harddrive is to load the movie in a browser window, minimize that window, then search the temporary internet files cached on your computer. any flash files you see copy to a new location and check 'em out. usually they are deleted as soon as you close the browser window playing them if the website doesn't want you to own a copy.

hope that helped. if you need to convert them to video, extract the sound with quicktime and convert them to a bmp sequence with radtools bink and smacker. then you can use quicktime to load the bmp sequence and the audio and save as an uncompressed avi to do with what you wish. note that the resolution you set in bink and smacker is important because flash uses vectors which are scalable, so you can easily make a "dvd-quality" movie from a flash movie. i may have left something out since i haven't done this in a few months, but let me know. yes, i answered more than just the original post. but someone might care.

  4. i have windows xp pro, and i went to the temporary internet files folder but i couldnt find the flash files that i watched. What i did is i did a search for .asp files and found those files and they worked but after i disconnected from the net they stopped working and i cant even find them now on the search. So my question is how can i make those files available when im offline. And another question is if there is some program that could save those flash files in avi or some other format?
    Thanks a lot again
