Not sure if this is it http://www.podnapisi.net/en/vietnam-in-hd-2011-p1613318 otherwise just do a search for English or Spanish subtitles for <insert the title> or what format is the file you have mp4 or mkv and does it have subs that you can turn on or off?

I have been wondering the same thing. Sometimes netflix is the only place to find the subtitles. Some subtitle sites do not carry the video's subtitles at all. Or they will only have one season of a multiple season show

Subtitles from netflix won't match your dvd/blu-ray rip since they are usually different length.
