  1. Some videos i convert to 16:9 aspect ratio from 4:3, the humans look very tall and
    stretched. What should i do to fix it?

    You must crop the picture. You can't just resize it.

    What software did you use to perform the conversion from 4:3 to 16:9?

    Easy, butcher the video by cropping the sides to make it 4:3

    That is very odd. Converting from 4:3 to 16:9 should make people look fat. Converting from 16:9 to 4:3 should make people look skinny.

    Can you show a before and after screenshot?

    I suspect that the picture area contained in the original 4:3 video is not 16:9. Can you post a screen shot from the original 4:3 video?
