How can we get exif meta data of videos , uploaded from android,ios

Please help me out of this issue, As I am using mediainfo for getting rotation, But I was unable to get rotation values from videos which are uploaded from all android os and iPad. Which causing issue in my side.

Can any one provide me information about how to get rotation value and rotate videos after uploaded.
Currently I am using "mediainfo" software for get rotation and then trying to rotate video with "ffmpeg". But it is not succeeded with iPad uploaded videos and android uploaded videos. In iphone5 s and iPhone 6 it will working fine.

Any one please help me how can I get exif meta data from uploaded videos, doesn't matter which devices are used for uploaded videos.

Try ExifTool, it also has a CLI.
