  1. OK SO i AM using the Program Subrip to RIP Subtitles From My DVD

Now there are also subs of 3 other different languages Spanish, Portuguese ,Italian

I Can rip The English Subs By The OCR method

and then save the matrix file for future ripping

but what about the other language sub files

i don't know how to write them

so is there a matrix file for them....where Can I download it

  2. They don't all use the same matrix? If you're talking about letters with accent marks above or below, why would you want anything in a language different from yours? Anyway, it's easy enough to add those letters with the accent marks to the matrix collection.

The Character Map program on Windows under Accessories -> System Tools has copies of the special diacritics on various letters, so on the very rare times that I have needed this for OCR, I just go there and copy the letter I need and paste it into the OCR window.

This is how you get to it for Win 7 and possibly previous versions of Windows, so I make no guarantees that you can find it there on Win 8 and above. I have no idea if it lives in the same place there or not.
