  1. I'm looking for either a pci-e internal or external card for 1080p60fps streaming.

I have a dual PC setup which I use a live avermedia hd card and I am broadcasting through Obs to twitch at 720p60fps

I been looking at the elgato hd60 however as far as I've seen there is no support for the Obs 64 bit version.

    Which brought me here.

My audio is also passing throughout the hdmi which would be nice if the card would support it. I do use win7-64bit.

Look at Avermedia's Extreme Cap U3 to see if it meets your needs and can work with your system. The manufacturer's product page says it captures uncompressed 10880p60 video and works with OBS. http://gamerzone.avermedia.com//game_capture/extremecap_u3

It does capture audio via HDMI but it won't capture pass-through audio in its original format or with more than 2 channels. Only Hauppage's HD capture devices seem to do that, and none of them will capture 1080p60 as 1080p60.
