Versions up to 6.6.0 (also called -unicode) had the provision to remove subtitles, tracks, etc. MKVtoolnix latest versions are tabulated in a different manner. Can anyone explain how to remove a subtitle using version 7.4.0 for example?

Open the mkv, select the sub track, delete it and output a new mkv?

And you should use the included mmg / mkvmergegui.

Well, here is a weird part. I use the same mkv for both v7.4.0 and v6.6.0 and the latter shows tracks, subtitles and chapters, whereas the first one does not. Is there something I am missing here?

Maybe you're using mkvtoolnix-gui.exe instead of the olde and goode mmg.exe

You mean that all I have to do is to download and install mmg.exe?
Where will I get it from?

By the way, here is a screenshot of my current installation!

You already have it. Look in your installed mkvtoolnix folder.
