Problem encoding AVI to MP4 using Handbrake

I'm trying to convert AVI to MP4 using handbrake but Below are the errors thrown by Handbrake while encoding.

[mp3 @ 0851CC80] Header missing
[mp3 @ 040C4BC0] Header missing
[mp3 @ 040C4BC0] Header missing

Source file is AVI with MP3 audio (pls see below specs) and the audio is perfect.

Can someone please advise how to fix this problem? I tried MP3, AAC, MP3 passthru and all other audio formats in handbrake none that worked. Mp3 passthru created MP4 without audio at all.

Can you play the avi without problems?

Tried another converter like avidemux, xmedia recode,?
