super video converting videos fine but cant find out put file

when using super video converter it works fine to convert to any format but when converting to .rm format i go to the output folder where the .rm video should be but its not there but when i open winrar and navigate to the folder where the .rm video is it show up but when i drag it to the desktop it copys there but then i can't see the file same as when i copy it too my flash stick why is this plz help

i don't i think i have any others rm videos only rmvb but ill have a look

why i need to convert to rm is because i have a mp5 player and it only plays .rm

EDIT: i do have 2 rm videos on my portable hdd and i can see the files fine
