  1. I am using Hauppauge PVR2 for processing video over HDMI input. The Hauppauge Encoder has a setting under video Scalar to change the frame rate. Through direct show I am able to create the property frame and then change the required settings. What I want to do is change these settings through some code automatically, rather than bringing up the property page.
    Anyone has some idea?

You need an SDK if you are developing your own software and don't want to use the property page. Email Hauppauge's sales department sales@hauppauge.com and find out if they can provide you with one.

  3. I checked with Hauppauge, there SDK doesn't have support for this. They have given me the registry location where these properties are saved.

    Do you care to share?
There's not much to do but then I can't do much anyway.

  5. Do you consider to change another brand capture card to solve this?
