Help me with this 1080i MBAFF 29.970 fps file.

I got this file 1080i MBAFF 29.970 fps file, original progressive frame rate should be 25 fps. I usually run IVTC, but doing so is resulting in ghosting and 23.976 fps. Please help me get this right.

It can't be IVTC'd because it was never telecined. Try this:

Yadif(Mode=1)#or a better bobber such as QTGMC
Srestore(Frate=25)
