I knew there were already tons of ISO editors out there but none of them seemed fully optimized for the new UDF 2.6 standard.
Can anyone recommend an image editor that is able to edit files on hard-link enabled images (like 3D Blu-ray image) and will let me create a Blu-ray ISO image utilizing the hard-link feature.
(UltraISO has a similar feature called "optimize" but not compatible with Blu-ray.)

I know of no apps that can do editing of an image after the fact in the manner you are looking for.
Also, BD3D generates its hard/symbolic-links during the creation of the image, and it does so according to the strict guidelines in the 3DBD standard. The placement of those links is specified by the authoring app and the MVC encoder & muxer all working together. You can't just edit one element of this and expect it to continue to play correctly, even it the data can be accessed in its changed state, as there are timing issues involved.

Thanks for the explanation Scott.
Actually I'm not trying to edit hard-links, what I need is to edit "hard-link enabled 3D images" ( e.g. remove playlist obfuscations / backup folders / JARs, etc) to save some valuable hard disk space.
I'm also wondering if I could create/build my own Blu-ray discs with hard-link like UltraISO's "optimize". It's difficult (or impossible as you said) to modify the link once it's there but I should be able start from scratch.
Any software recommendations?
