I just tried to use DVDRebuilder to flip my images horizontally. It looks great, but it didn't flip all the images. Here is the menu structure:
Tom, Dick, Harry
--- (Tom) Horizontal, Vertical
----------- (Vertical) Play All, video1, video2, video3
--- (Dick) Horizontal, Vertical
----------- (Vertical) Play All, video1, video2, video3
It only flips each "Play All" video that is really 1 video. Video1, Video2, and Video3 are edits out of the "Play All" video for each person. Why is it only flipping those files?
Is there a way I can use DVDRebuilder to take just the VOBs for each one I want to convert (video1, video2, video3), rebuild those and then just copy them over the same files in the VIDEO_TS folder? If not, how can I manually do whatever DVDRebuilder is doing for those files? There are 12 of them.

DVD-RB will analyze a disc and sometimes, depending on the size of the disc, it will choose to encode only certain vob sets and leave the others untouched.
If there are AviSynth filters used, like in this case to flip the video, check the box "Force Reencoding" in the menu options. DVD-RB will also not touch small videos based on the MIN size parameter. There is an option in the hidden settings to adjust the minimum size setting.
There is a sticky on the Doom9 forums that explains all of these options. -
I've been looking at Doom9, but can't post there yet do to their 5 day waiting period. Where is the "force re-encoding" option in DVD-RB? I don't see that under the advanced options for the Avisynth selection (version is 2.5). Also, I checked CCE during the install for DVD-RB, but when I go to "setup" in RB, I don't see a path for any of the versions of CCE. I thought I saw a notice flash up that said CCE was a version only for RB under license to them. Perhaps it is only using Avisynth and HC Encoder to handle this job.
also, I have the hidden files ini open and don't see a file size option.Last edited by fdecker; 16th Oct 2014 at 09:03. Reason: added ini sentence

There is a menu bar on top.
Mode --> Force Reencode
You have to manually add the line vts_min_size=n.
It is in the sticky guide:

I have been reading, thanks for the gentle reminder
I really appreciate all the help. But I am struggling here. I am pretty sure this should fix it, but it doesn't. I have added these lines:
vts_min_size=0
vtsm_min_size=0
And they make no difference. Any file less that 52mb does not show up in the VTS list on the left. I am pulling my hair out
