  1. Hello, First of all I want to apologize for my bad english (hope it will be possible to understand what I write). The software change abruptly

I'm using software for many years, software is excellent and very useful and important.
Two months ago, a strange change in the parameters of the Software (all versions I've tried, including old), I usually use this format {frame size: custom width: 784 height: 572 adjustment: original video codec: H.264 frame rate: original bitrate type: auto Audio Not relevant} (almost regularly).

When i run the video back and forth, he was arrested (image goes slowly) and it was not like that until two months ago, what I want is that the data file will return to what it was two months ago and not as now,
I want data now converted files will be the same as the data that was two months ago, I do not understand how it has changed ??? I did not change anything.
How to solve this problem ??? What it was created? I even tried other computers, and exactly the same problem, I even tried formatting the computer clean and still the same problem ... very strange!

Please help urgently, it is important to have a solution. Below are data files (as the first is good old file, and the other is problematic data file)

    Thank you very much.

    I would guess that
    Frame rate mode : Variable
    Frame rate : 25.000 fps
    may cause "image goes slowly"-problems.

Try change the frame rate mode to constant framerate in your encoder like handbrake, vidcoder, etc.

  3. hi
Unfortunately my English is really bad. Sorry but I guess I did not explain well, my intention is when I run fast in the video (not the normal speed) Anyway there is a problem in the data file.
I've done everything possible (according to my knowledge, and I mean) so I can say with certainty that there is a complex problem that these internal settings are probably some location or computer software, or even the core of the software. It happened to me that all computers and all versions.

    It is discouraging

    Thank you Baldrick.
