Sound card for Recording

I use a desktop with OS Windows 7 Intel i3 CPU 4 GB RAM. At present I have Realtek HD Audio Manager came with mother board. I am interested to buy a sound card preferably with good ADC so that I can record songs in stereo mode enabling 'stereo mix' options and not for gaming purpose etc. I would like to get suggestions. Thanks.
