I'm looking for the decoders to view screen videos called eQuality.
From Technical Support Information of Windows Media Player, these are the missing decoders. Where can I get them?

Do a Google search for "RFB" and/or "realvnc". That should point you to some appropriate sites.

I googled but didn't find anything valuable. The only one close was from verint (the company made the product) but it didn't help. I checked with a colleague that plays the video fine and it's from a folder verint. We have to check with company tech support to get that. They didn't know what to do last time.

Where are these videos coming from?
If security cam or screen capture, it should come with its own decompression+playback software. Look at the install discs.
If provided by a vendor, you should be complaining to them about it being so non-standard.
If random internet download, well...caveat emptor.
