    i ripped a m2ts file from an AVCHD DVD-9. I am wanting to convert it to a DVD compliant MPeg2 so that i can burn it to a DVD-5 with the least amount of loss in quality. My question is, what tools would best do the job?

    AVStoDVD, using the HC encoder in a two pass encode.
