How to convert NTSC DVD into PAL ?

Hello!

I have many NTSC DVD9 and I want to convert it into PAL, How can I convert it into PAL?

There really is no need to convert NTSC to PAL since PAL country's players easily play NTSC material.....even as far back as NTSC VHS tapes.

The BIGGER issue is that most NTSC dvds would be Region 1 whereas PAL could be Region 2 or even Region 4.

Your players would either need to be multi-region or region-free or simply play them in a PC with vlc
