Ok it's probably here someplace, but I couldn't find it. I finally stumbled on to the fix for my dropped frames issue on vcr tapes to vcd conversions. Both of my VCR's have an automatic tracking adjustment feature that has to be turned off.
Is there a newbie list of "Gotcha's" re: VCR tape to vcd/svcd ?
