I have a PhotoDirector 12 which stucks/freezes at 99% while analyzing a clip in content aware. I found that the mp4 clips do not want to complete the analysis. The MTS clips were all analyzed and then opened so that the editing can start. Any advice?

You could try remux the mp4 to a mts with tsmuxer and see if it works better. No video reconversion.
