any tool to directly write binary data to writeable disc?

Hi guys,

We're developing a DVD authoring tool which creates ISO9660 + UDF disc. But on some players the disc couldn't be played. We guess that's because our implementation of the file systems may not correct. So we'd like a tool with which we can directly manipulate the disc in binary mode, or a tool that can export whole binary content so that we can edit it and burn back to the disc.
