    What is the best dvd recorder without hard.D like dmr18 panasonic.Is dmr18 is latest model of Panasonic dvd recorder without hard disk.

    Yes it would probably be the ES-18. While not a really new model it their newest international DVD recorder without a HDD. The HDD versions would be the EH-59 and EH-69.
