I was thinking about buy a secure IP camera and I have found this two.

Both is in HD, both is for outdoors and both have PoE

With ZAVIO I even get a software program to connect more then one camera when Foscam have software inside the camera to watch or connect more then one camera.

I don't know what to pick, both looks nice.

I was thinking about use a Raspberry Pi connect to a screen monitor to monitor what the camera see but I don't know if that is possible with the software that the both camera have. Well Foscam it going to work because it is a websystem but I don't know if the problem is good.

I have see some clip on youtube that people show how good qulity the camera recording but have hard to find how good the software is
