How to add subtitles to an MKV file

Hi all

I have just downloaded Game of Thrones season 1 its an MKV file 1080p.
In the series there are scenes with another language (dothraki) but is doesn't have any subtitles which is annoying!

I play my files -tv series/movies through my Cyclone Primus media player.
How do I add subtitles to the file??

Please help!
