Google disagrees with itself

If I tell Google to look for the exact sentence

"es increíble el descaro de esta chica" , Google returns 0 results, BUT

if I tell Google to look for the exact sentence

"el descaro de esta chica" ,

then Google returns various results, INCLUDING the page that contains the exact sentence "es increíble el descaro de esta chica"

I've noticed this as well with various phrases. I assume there is a formatting character or something that messes it up.
