I am sure that this question may had been answered dozen of times but sorry I couldnt find a satisfactory answer.
I have a video in mp4 in 1080p x264 that a friend shot with his camera. It is a whopping 1.6 GB and would like to downsize to 200 MB or so to be able to upload to vimeo.
Please help with a free solution, not commercial program please
