What do you want to frameserve with which frameserver?
CCE SP 2.6x do not accept .vdr or .avs. But you can convert dvd2avi..., aviutl...,TMPG projects as well as Avisynth scipts .avs and VirtualDub signpost files .vdr with VFAPIconv 1.04.
All frameserve methods are explained at http://www.vcdhelp.com or http://www.doom9.org

What do you want to frameserve with which frameserver?
I want to frameserve an MPEG-2 elementary video stream. When I run the VFAPI reader and try to open a TMPGEnc project, it does not offer any other option but a DVD2AVI project. DVD2AVI does not resize interlaced video correctly. Moreover, neither CCE nor VDub like the output of VFAPI.

    I work under Windows 2000.

I am running w2k too and all frameserve methods, that I mentioned above work here. You need to copy tmpgenc.vfp to the TMPG dir and check options > register TMPGenc.vfp to VFAPI to make VFAPIConv reading TMPG projects. You need to copy readavs.dll to the TMPG dir to make VFAPIconv reading .vdr and .avs. And you have to install the VFAPI codec. All virtualDub, TMPG, CCE SP, LSX will accept the fake avis of VFAPI.
