Hi folks !
I've ripped a pal-dvd on my hd. I tryed to encode it to a XSVCD with this settings : 4:3 Mpeg2 352x288pxl 25fps 1246bitrate ...
On my Monitor the picture is streched to fit my screen but on the tv the picture is placed in the top of the screen. What is my mistake ?
Please help me !
