    Hello everybody,

I need to convert a mov video file into a avi hd video file. I usually have no problem doing that with AVS Video converter 7.1 but this time it just won't work. The converted avi hd file has green colored pixels and it lags in the fastest parts. I wonder if it is the computer that is too slow (I have a 2008 windows vista pc) or a problem with the encoding. Here are the details of the source video if it helps illustrate my issue, any assistance would be appreciated:

Try another converter like freemake video converter(be sure to deselect all toolbars when you install). Open the mov, select to avi, choose preset, convert.

Or other free converters like video to video converter, xmedia recode, mpeg streamclip.

    Thank you so much mate!

I installed Freemake and after a few tweaks it did the trick.

I am so relieved. I really needed to get this job done.

Thank you so much and have a nice day Baldrick!
