    Is there a good plugin to remove snow noise without lots of artefacts

    neatvideo v3 seem to be ineffective but i remember a topic where it was thoroughly discussed how to sample the noise, i wish i could find it again

    NeatVideo won't do anything for that noise at the bottom of the frame, although it might smooth it a little. Sorry, but there's little we can advise based on a still image JPG. Likely, you won't get rid of 100% of it, but we need more info about the video and a short sample of that same scene. You might begin by posting MediaInfo data.
