    uhhh just downloaded a movie, works fine when played on windows media player, but when i open it up in Virtualdub or TMPgenc i can only hear the audio and the picture is black. the frame rate is 14.985 and is at 352x240

    read the 'problems part' in the following link http://www.vcdhelp.com/tmpgenc.htm try all the suggestions and it should work!
