I recently had to reload my operating system to get rid of viruses. This meant I had to reload my applications of Windows Media Center and beyond TV which I utilize to record over the air television. The trouble is even though my computer system clock has the correct time on it the programs in the program guides of Windows Media Center and beyond TV are one hour off. So if I record the program according to the schedule of the voice singing contest which actually begins at 7 PM in my area the schedule says 6 PM and clicking to record this 6 PM program records the news rather than the program I wanted. So how do I get my program schedules aligned to my system clock? I do not see any set up options in these applications that allows you to modify the time it just seems to pull the time off the system clock of the computer. But the system clock is right and these application clocks are wrong. So is very hidden place I look to correct this?
My capture card is a Hauppauge WinTV-HVR-2250 if that makes a difference?
