  1. I have recorded this .mpg file on my PVR....
    But it doesnt play on my PC...
    I hav already downloaded many codes and player... didnt worked..
    plz suggest me what to do?...

    I guess you have tried google your pvr model name? What is the model?

    Many PVRs are making it almost impossible to decode the video on computers.

    We already had a recent thread where the TS file had no PAT/PMT/PID (maybe it was yours?). Don't remember how that was ever resolved...

    If this kind of thing is the result of encrypted files (which I would doubt - TS files can have their constituent streams correctly encrypted without ruining the PAT/PMT/PID stuff), then you are HOSED!

    About the only thing to do then is output via Analog and then re-capture & re-encode (at much lower rez & lower quality).

    All Indian broadcasting is, as far as I can tell, a monopoly. The government take a cut...not just a license fee.
