  1. I want to watch video files recorded on my HD Camcorder on my TV.
Is there any other solution besides creating a bunch of DVDs? I have over 300GB of recorded video clips so keeping them on the Camcorder is not possible.
I have tried playing them on a BluRay player and a wireless hard drive, but the 2-3 second pauses btw files was too annoying.
I tried TSMuxer but I would like to eliminate this step if possible.

Any suggestions? Any media players recommended? I am willing to pay for a solution if it takes care of my problem.

I have searched all over the internet looking for a solution.

    Recommendations appreciated.

  3. Do you know if the WD TV Live pauses 2-3 seconds btw video clips?
My files are all .m2ts files.

Take the wireless out of the equation if possible.

No idea about m2ts files mine are all mpg2 files or a few mp4..... All single files... Plays each single movie file and then stops... I then move down my list of movies and start the next one... On my WDMP ... Maybe the latest version plays one after the other. I do not know .

I have and earlier version of WDMP.. Works a treat for me... No longer burn DVDs anymore ... Just play my video clips..movies from my external hard drive through the WDMP... The past 2 years... No pauses ... Just plays everything I throw at it... Including music fles and photos...

May well get the lastest version with wifi... Can be plugged into and tv.. Very handy unit..I love the system of it giving a full listing of everything no matter how long the list... Whatever you call the movie title that's what shows on the TV screen

the only way to get rid of pauses between files is to join all the videos into 1. you'd need to supply mediainfo to know if it's possible without re-encoding.

  7. press play - it will play all files in that folder towards the end of menu listing consequently
press enter - it will play only that one particular file
all WDTV media players I had behaved the same way

there is pause , that's for sure, a bit longer pulling it over LAN as oppose from HDD through USB,

To find out some hardware players that plays files seamlessly without any pause between them, hard to imagine ...
