Hi all,

I recently purchased a Western Digital External 3 TB Hard drive. All was fine until I tried to access my DVD Duplicator Tower which is connected to my desktop via USB connection. The software for the duplicator (which allows me to access the hard drive) would not run. I systematically disconnected all devices that were added after the last time the software worked properly. That's how I discovered there was a conflict with the external hard drive.

My question is this: Is there a way to make the duplicator's software run without having to disconnect the hard drive? I am running Windows 7 Professional, 32 GBs RAM.
